He has proven ability to provide critical leadership in the development and implementation of HR Vision, Mission and business aligned HR strategies that achieve business results. An HR Architect, skilled at developing organizational capabilities and designing systems & processes which provide competitive advantage for the organizations through people practices. Beyond his mastery in HRM & IR, he has expertise in designing strategies for Corporate Social Responsibility, Enterprises Change Management, Corporate Communication, & Enterprises Risk Management.
He is a management graduate from Loyola College of Social Sciences, and continued his professional development at IIM Ahmadabad, IIM Rohtak, AIMA and ISTD. He horned his skills through rigorous trainings at XLRI, NHRDN, ASCI, Marriot Learnings, Thomas Learnings, NPC etc. He is a certified Organizational Coach from IECL, Australia. He is also a certified EI Professional from Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Course. He is currently associated with a research work, at Swiss School of Business & Management, Switzerland, on the adoption of an ecosystem approach to Human Resource Management in MSMEs in India for business sustainability.
He was part of the premier consulting firms like KPMG, XLRI, People Matters, Ranstad India, and NPC, Hyderabad on HR projects of CIL and Subsidiary companies.
He was also the elected Hon. General Secretary of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) for the term 2016-2018 and has association with other professional bodies. Currently, he is the Co-Chair of ASSOCHAM, Jharkhand. He organized national and international conferences and workshops in collaborations with the HR professional bodies of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Mauritius, South Africa, Singapore and Australia through Exchange programmes of NIPM.
