Dr. Sanjay Saxena is B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, and Ph.D. in Business Administration. He successfully completed Strategic management Course from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

With 32 years of global experience in corporate and academia, currently, he is a Professor at the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, India. Dr. Saxena has delivered more than 300 technical sessions on Organizational Leadership, Life Management Skills, Strategic Management, Selling Dynamics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Transactional Analysis, at various organizations in India and abroad. He authored several books which include 'Applied Strategic Management,' 'Essentials of Marketing,' Power of Emotional Intelligence,' 'Write Your Script,' and 'Leadership,' are getting mammoth appreciation from readers. His upcoming book titled “Startup Management” will go a long way in strengthening the Startup ecosystem in India and abroad.

He is enriched with a blend of deep academic and industry experiences. He worked as Marketing Manager at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, Mumbai and at Siam Transglobal, Bangkok. He is a visiting Professor at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Kamas, Lithuania, Europe, and Online Professor at UNICAF Cyprus and University of East London, UK. He was the Project Director and Behavioural Scientist in the Entrepreneurial Development Programme for Demobilized Soldiers under the United Nations in Botswana, Africa for 5 years. He has also worked as Asst. Professor in the Dept. of Business & Economics, University of Asmara, Eritrea, Northeast Africa for four years.

Dr. Saxena is an expert in helping business organizations for developing a `'Blue Ocean Strategy`' to get an extraordinary competitive advantage over competitors. He also helps organizations to refocus and redesign their products or services by using disruptive, sustaining, and process innovations.
