Role Profiling

A Role Profile is a formal document that prescribes the nature of a role, the key tasks that are expected of the role, s its position in the organizational hierarchy, the required technical, managerial and behavioural competencies that the role holder is expected to demonstrate during performance; the extend of decision-making authority, team work, the performance matrices by which performance will be gauged etc.
